The Ottawa Valley Titans AAA Minor Hockey Association are seeking qualified coaches to join the organization for the 2024-2025 season. Interested candidates should send their application or enquiries to:

Coaching experience, or significant playing experience; coupled with strong communication & organizational skills will be highly regarded. Candidates must be willing to show a high level of commitment to high performance hockey. With your application please include; resume, including a summary of your coaching philosophy for AAA, sample season plan, sample of a 2hr practice plan, and named Assistant Coaches (*if available)

Coaches must lead by example; instilling teamwork, discipline, community awareness and accountability. We are looking for coaches who are experienced in handling issues relating to parents, player wellness, development, academic concerns & discipline.

As head coach you will work closely with the program director and your responsibilities include but not limited to; on-ice practices & off-ice workouts, video training, demonstrate strong leadership & bench management. Weekly/daily expectations include games, practices, skill sessions, player meetings with video review and focus on development. (*4-6 days per week, not including Tournaments)
