WHEN: Wed 26 April 6:30 pm (Registration occurs from 5:30-6:30 pm)

WHERE: Irish Hills Golf course, 3248 Carp Road, Carp

DRESS CODE: Dress pants, shirts, and tie (jackets optional for players) – no hats

BRING CASH: There will be raffle tickets for sale at the entrance. These will allow players to enter several amazing prizes draw for the evening. Some prizes are also more appropriate for adults😊

EVENING SEQUENCE OF EVENTS

MC for this special evening: Liam Maguire

  • 5:30-6:30 PM: Welcome and Registration – Players get a free non-alcoholic drink, games for players, souvenir slide show and mingle
  • 6:30-7:30 PM: Grace, Welcome, Introductions – Dinner is served
  • 7:30-8:00 PM: Recognition and Thank yous –  Year-End Awards
  • 8:00-830 PM: Coaches Intros by players and coaches speeches (3 min for intros per team- 5 min per coach max)
  • 8:30 PM: Last round for raffle tickets, prizes draw
  • 8:45 PM: Live Auction
  • 9:30 PM: End of event and Closing Remarks
