In its ongoing commitment to developing high performance players, the Ottawa Valley Titans are proud to announce Mike Gibson as its new Director of Development. 

Mike brings a wealth of knowledge through his life experiences as a player, coach and long time volunteer in multiple hockey organizations. He has deep knowledge of on-ice and off-ice development and extensive educational background in many sports related disciplines.

Mike’s experience, passion, highly organized skills and approach to the game as well as his communication for both players & parents, will make him an invaluable asset to the Titan’s family. Mike will work together with the coaching staff of our 5 teams to help develop our players skills and habits both on & off the ice. Mike will also work in collaboration with the new Technical Director to share best practices & support our players as they move through the association age groups.
Lastly we would like to thank Jamie Baker who provided the association with some great direction and opportunities for growth. Jamie will continue to help advise our executive and support Mike as well to help strengthen our commitment to our families in the Valley.
