The Ottawa Valley Titans AAA Minor Hockey Association are seeking qualified coaches to join the organization for the 2023-2024. Interested candidates should send their application or enquiries to:

With the HEO reset, we are seeking qualified coaches for 5 age groups from U12 to U16 and any interested candidates must be willing to show a high level of commitment to high performance hockey. 

Hockey coaching experience, or significant playing experience; coupled with strong communication & organizational skills will be highly regarded. With your application please include; resume, philosophy, sample year plan, named Assistant Coaches (*if available) and any other notable material should be included. 

The coaches must lead by example; instilling teamwork, discipline, community awareness and accountability. Experience in handling issues relating to parents as well as player wellness, development, academic concerns and discipline.

As head coach you will work closely with the program director as well as the HEO Technical Director. Responsibilities include but not limited to; on-ice practices & off-ice workouts, video training, demonstrate strong leadership & bench management. Weekly/daily expectations will include games, practices, skill sessions, player meetings with video review and focus on development. (*4-6 days per week, not including Tournaments)

**Deadline is February 3rd, 2023. If accepted, our VP will schedule an interview.
