Annual Titans Day – Dec 17th 2022
The Ottawa Valley Titans will be hosting their Annual Titans Day at the Almonte Rink on Sat Dec 17th 2022. This year, all four Titans families’ divisions will play Myers Automotive in back-to-back games at the following times:
- 12:00 pm: U12
- 1:30 pm: U13
- 3:00pm: U14
- 5:00pm: U15
We use this opportunity to come together on that day as a community and fundraise for two important causes. Proceeds generated throughout the day via our numerous activities will be handed over to these charities.
Here are some of the highlights for our Titans players:
- Titans team and individual photos will be taken before each game in the Upper Hall on site
- Warm-up will be led by UFG trainer
- O Canada at the beginning of each game
- 3 Stars for each game (selected by opposite coaching bench)
- Energy drink and bar in locker rooms for Titans teams
- Chuck the puck contest after U13 game
- Souvenir Titans Day gift for all players participating (both Titans and Myers)
- Food ticket for a meal at the local canteen for Titans players
Fundraising activities include 2 x 50/50 draws (one earlier in the afternoon, one later for U14/U15 game), gift baskets provided by each team, and various auction items (Sens tickets, autographed jersey, etc)
Access for all players will include non perishable items towards the Food Bank.
