Annual General Meeting to be held June 1, 2022

The Ottawa Valley Minor Hockey Association will hold its annual general meeting on June 1, 2022 at 7pm.
This meeting will be held virtually using the Zoom platform. The coordinates will be sent out prior to the meeting. Anyone wishing to attend the virtual meeting please email the secretary@ovtmha.on.ca.

The following board member positions are up for election:
Equipment Manager (2 year term)
Secretary (2 year term)
Registrar (2 year term)
Treasurer (2 year term)

The following Executive Board member position is up for election:
President (2 year term)

If you would like to apply for a position, you may submit your name to the board to the Titans’ secretary or you can nominate someone for the positions and submit their name up to 20 days in advance of the AGM. You must be a member in good standing to apply, the Executive Board member position must be an active Officer or Director of the Board.
